Valedo Partners divests Best Transport

Valedo Partners Fund II AB and the minority shareholders have divested Best Transport Holding AB to Nalka Invest AB, an investment company investing in small and medium-sized Nordic businesses. Best is the leading provider of express and same day last-mile deliveries and IT logistics services in the Nordics, with over 500 vehicles delivering thousands of deliveries every day.

Valedo Partners was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
