Enerco completes the acquisition of NIKAB

Accent Equity-backed Enerco Group AB has acquired Norrlands Industri & Konsult AB (NIKAB), an industrial services company with approximately 40 employees in Piteå and Skellefteå.

NIKAB offers a broad range of services including assembly, field and industrial service, welding, and manufacturing. The acquisition strengthens Enerco Group’s presence in northern Sweden and complements its existing Maintenance & Assembly business area.

Mannheimer Swartling advised Enerco in the transaction. The firm’s team primarily consisted of Petter Ullman, Oscar Jisland and Sanaria Saad, Max Karlsson and Amina Veladzic.
