Stockholms Stadsmission divests site leasehold and signs new lease agreement with Bertil Strömberg Fastighets AB
Mannheimer Swartling has advised Stockholms Stadsmission on the sale of its leasehold for a property located on Högbergsgatan in Stockholm. Simultaneously, Stockholms Stadsmission has entered into a lease agreement with the new owner to continue operating BoKlara – an open daycare and emergency accommodation for homeless women – located at the property.
Additionally, parts of the property are intended to be rented out as shared housing to individuals who face significant challenges accessing the regular housing market. The property will now undergo a comprehensive renovation to meet the needs of the business for years to come.
“We are proud of our partnership with Stockholms Stadsmission and pleased that this sale will provide them with the best conditions to continue their core mission – helping those who need it most,” says André Andersson, Senior Adviser at Mannheimer Swartling and Vice Chairman of Stockholms Stadsmission.
