Stillfront issues new bonds of SEK 1 billion

Stillfront Group AB (publ) has successfully issued senior unsecured bonds in an initial amount of SEK 1 billion.

In connection with the issuance of the new bonds, Stillfront has also completed a tender offer to holders of existing outstanding bonds, and announced its intention to make a voluntary early redemption of the outstanding bonds not tendered under the tender offer.

Stillfront intends to apply for admission to trading of the new bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The proceeds from the issuance of the new bonds will be used to refinance the outstanding bonds, as well as to finance general corporate purposes.
