Rikshem divests properties for public use in Sigtuna

Rikshem divests a number of properties for public use in Sigtuna to Sigtuna municipality. The properties include housing for persons with certain functional impairments, preschools, schools and a nursing home.

Rikshem will still have a large property portfolio in Sigtuna after the divestment. The transaction is conditional on approval by the municipal council on 25 April.

Rikshem was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
