HeidelbergCement acquires Kynningsrud Prefab
Nordic Precast Group, part of the construction material group HeidelbergCement, acquires the concrete and steel element contractor Kynningsrud Prefab from Kynningsrud AS.
Kynningsrud Prefab is a well-established player on the market for concrete and steel elements and is active on the Swedish and Norwegian markets with production sites in Uddevalla and Fredrikstad. The business has 350 employees and a turnover of approx. NOK 700 million.
The transaction is subject to merger approval by the Swedish and Norwegian competition authorities.
