Entercard divests loan portfolio to Brocc and Intrum

Entercard, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swedbank, has entered into an agreement to divest a SEK 4 billion portfolio of non-performing consumer finance loans to Brocc Finance and Intrum.

Mannheimer Swartling is advising Entercard in connection with the transaction. The firm’s team consists primarily of Therese Lund Kirkhoff, Mathilda Haglund and Max W. Karlsson.
