E.ON Wind Sweden AB divests Åliden Vind AB and Brattmyrliden Vind AB
E.ON Wind Sweden AB has divested all shares in Åliden Vind AB and Brattmyrliden Vind AB to Falck Renewables S.p.A. Åliden Vind AB and Brattmyrliden Vind AB own two ready-to-build wind power projects in the municipality of Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, with a combined overall capacity of 115 MW.
Falck Renewables S.p.A is a member of the Falck Group, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana), and is active within the field of developing, designing, building and manage power production plants from renewable energy sources. Falck Renewables consolidates installed capacity of 858 MW in 2017 in Italy, United Kingdom, Spain, France, and produces more than 2 billion KWh of energy per year.
E.ON Wind Sweden AB, a subsidiary of the E.ON Group, owns and operates wind generation facilities in the Nordic region and offers operations and maintenance services for wind farms of third party customers. The E.ON Group is one of the world’s largest investor-owned energy companies and currently operates nearly 5.3 GW of renewable capacity.
