Duni acquires all shares in Poppies Europe
Duni AB, a market-leading manufacturer of sustainable tabletop products and food packaging solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Poppies Europe Ltd, a UK-based company with approximately 220 employees and annual net sales of approximately SEK 620 million. Poppies Europe Ltd is a leading supplier of paper tableware solutions in the UK.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval in the UK and is expected to close in the first half of 2025.
