Permec Group divests PartnerTech to Fjord Defence Group

Permec Group AB has entered into an agreement with Fjord Defence Group ASA, which shares are listed on Euronext Oslo Børs, regarding the transfer of all shares in PartnerTech Karlskoga Aktiebolag. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 708 million and includes a reinvestment by the seller in Fjord Defence Group ASA.

PartnerTech is a leading Swedish manufacturer of metal components for the defence industry, with roots in the Bofors industrial area in Karlskoga dating back to the early 20th century. The company specialises in high-precision components and has approximately 250 full-time employees at its facilities in Karlskoga and Filipstad.

Completion of the acquisition is expected during the third quarter of 2026 and is subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
