Bank syndicate provides sustainability-linked financing to Scandi Standard
Scandi Standard AB (publ) has entered into a sustainability-linked facilities agreement of approximately SEK 2 billion with a bank syndicate consisting of ABN Amro, Danske Bank, DNB and Rabobank.
Scandi Standard is a leading producer and provider of chicken-based food products to the food industry sectors in the Nordic region and Ireland under the brands Kronfågel, Danpo, Den Stolte Hane, Manor Farm and Naapurin Maalaiskana.
The bank syndicate was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
