Alfa Laval has successfully issued EUR 300 million senior unsecured bonds

On 19 June 2019, Alfa Laval AB (publ) announced that the company, based on an updated EMTN program and through its wholly owned subsidiary Alfa Laval Treasury International AB (publ), has sucessfully issued EUR 300 million, senior unsecured fixed rate notes with maturity in June 2024. The notes are guaranteed by Alfa Laval AB and carry a coupon of 0.250 percent annually. The proceeds will be used to refinance a EUR 300 million bond maturing in September 2019. The notes will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

BNP Paribas, HSBC Bank PLC, Nordea Bank Abp and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as Joint Lead Managers in connection of the EMTN program update and the bonds issue. Alfa Laval was advised by Mannheimer Swartling.
