San Sac Group acquires Avfallsteknik Skandinavien

San Sac Group has acquired Avfallsteknik Skandinavien and its subsidiary Service Link Skandinavien.

Avfallsteknik Skandinavien is Sweden’s leading distributor of horizontal and vertical balers as well as compactors and Service Link Skandinavien is the leading supplier of service and repair of such machines in Sweden.

San Sac Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
