Impilo acquires VaccinDirekt

Impilo, an investment company focused solely on investments in Nordic companies operating in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, healthcare services and other health-related industries, has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in VaccinDirekt, the largest retail vaccination provider in the Nordics with over 50 walk-in and mobile vaccination clinics in Sweden and Finland.

Impilo was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
