Fortnox acquires Boardeaser and VisualBy
Fortnox has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Boardeaser and VisualBy, SaaS companies developing solutions for reporting, group reporting & consolidated accounts, board work, and corporate governance.
Boardeaser develops software to simplify and streamline the daily operations of boards of directors and management teams. Boardeaser was founded in 2015, they have around 30 employees and are based in Stockholm and Linköping. VisualBy is a sister company mainly engaged in developing Boardeaser’s software.
Fortnox is a cloud-based platform for financial administration for small businesses, accounting firms, associations and schools. More than 500 000 businesses use Fortnox’s services for their administration. Through its subsidiaries Fortnox Finans and Fortnox Försäkringar, Fortnox also offers financing services and insurance services to its customers.
