ESL Shipping divests agency business in Sweden to GAC Group

AtoB@C Shipping, a subsidiary of ESL Shipping, has agreed to sell the agency business performed by NSG Norra Skeppningsgruppen to GAC Group.

NSG has been part of ESL Shipping since 2019, performing various ship agency, logistics and chartering services to ship owners and operators. GAC specialises in ship agency and freight forwarding services, with a particular focus on the energy sector.The transaction enables ESL Shipping to concentrate on its core operations as carrier of dry bulk cargoes in the Baltic Sea region.

ESL Shipping and AtoB@C Shipping were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
