Bankomat AB (Bankomat) and BDB Bankernas Depå AB (BDB) merge and will become one company operating in two separate business areas; cash machines and cash depot operations. The union will formally be done by the merger of the companies where Bankomat AB will be the remaining company to accommodate both operations. The merger is expected to be completed during the spring of 2017. The businesses will move to the same address and carry on under the name Bankomat AB.
