Alfred Petersson is a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance practice group as well as the Restructuring and Insolvency practice group and is also a member of the firm’s Energy sector group.
Alfred specialises in finance and insolvency law, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate loans, sustainable finance, distressed debt and restructuring matters. Alfred represents both domestic and international stakeholders in his practice, with a diverse client base including banks and other lenders, borrowers, arrangers, financial sponsors and private equity funds.
