Stillfront issues new bonds of SEK 850 million
Stillfront Group AB (publ) has successfully issued senior unsecured bonds in an initial amount of SEK 850 million within a total framework of SEK 2,000 million.
Stillfront intends to apply for admission to trading of the new bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The proceeds from the issuance of the new bonds will be used to finance general corporate purposes.
Stillfront is a global games company founded in 2010. Stillfront develops digital games for a diverse gaming audience and its broad games portfolio is enjoyed by almost 45 million people every month. Stillfront’s shares (SF) are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
