Maria Tufvesson Shuck has more than 20 years’ experience of Swedish-US cross border legal matters, in particular within the areas of Securities Law and Swedish companies’ establishments and acquisitions in the United States. Maria is educated as a lawyer both in Sweden and in the United States, and she is a member of the Swedish Bar and admitted to the New York State Bar.
