Sveaskog completes divestment of its holdings in Setra Group

Sveaskog has divested its holdings in Setra Group AB to Mellanskog, a forest owners’ association with around 28,200 members. The divestment is in line with a previous decision by the Swedish Parliament in 2009 and Sveaskog’s long-term strategy to be a responsible forest owner and an independent actor on the market with no interests of its own in the forestry industry.

Sveaskog was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
