Creandum obtains authorisation as an alternative investment fund manager
On 7 March 2025, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority granted Creandum Fund Manager AB authorisation as a manager of alternative investment funds (AIF manager).
Creandum was founded in 2003 and is a leading European early-stage venture capital firm backing some of Europe’s most successful tech companies. To date, Creandum has raised seven main funds that have invested in e.g. Spotify, iZettle, Depop, Klarna, Bolt, KRY, Epidemic Sound and Small Giant Games.
