New practical guide to SCC arbitration on Kluwer Arbitration

Mannheimer Swartling partners Hanne Aarsheim and Marcus Irajinia Berglie have co-authored a new SCC arbitration module for the Kluwer Arbitration International Commercial Arbitration Templates and Examples publication series, together with Dr. Katherine Simpson FCIArb and Anina Liebkind, partner at Norburg & Scherp.

The module offers practical guidance for proceedings under the SCC Arbitration Rules and brings together structured templates and completed examples covering all stages of an SCC arbitration. It reflects the authors’ hands-on experience of international SCC arbitration and is intended as a practical resource for practitioners in the field. By making the SCC rules and proceedings more accessible to practitioners around the world, the module also contributes to strengthening Stockholm’s position in the field of international arbitration.
