Victoria Nordenberg is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate Commercial practice group and is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm. She regularly assists clients within a variety of domestic and international commercial matters and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements, transformation and digitalisation projects, strategic and innovative joint ventures and procurements and drafting and negotiating other types of complex commercial agreements. Victoria regularly assists in large and complex transactions.
Prior to joining the Corporate Commercial practice group, Victoria worked in the firm’s Environment practice group advising clients in environmental permit applications and management of environmental risks in transactions. Further, Victoria has been a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and has a broad experience from acquisitions, divestitures and general private company law advice.
