Eva Hägg was partner of the firm during the years 1994-2020 and part of the Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets practice group. Eva was chairing the practice group until 2020 and specialises in equity capital markets and corporate governance matters and company law, and has worked specifically with public company transactions. Such transactions include IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions such as stock exchange listings, the raising of capital and recapitalisation. Eva’s work also includes company law matters, corporate governance, information matters and regulatory matters on the stock market. Eva has for a long period been involved in the self regulation of the Swedish stock market through her assignments in the securities council, the Swedish Corporate Governance Board, the Company Committee at Nasdaq Stockholm and the Stock Market Self-Regulation Committee.
