Ellen Alders is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Corporate Commercial practice group and the firm’s industry group for Construction, Infrastructure and Industrial Projects, and is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm.
Ellen regularly advises clients on a wide range of national and international commercial matters, with a particular focus on large industrial and infrastructure projects. Ellen has extensive experience in the procurement of complex delivery and outsourcing agreements, as well as other commercial agreements such as off-take and cooperation agreements.
Ellen joined the firm in 2017 and holds an LL.M. degree from Stockholm University. She has also studied law at The University of Hong Kong.
