Denice Forstén is specialised in dispute resolution, and advises clients in all stages of a dispute – from early case assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and proceedings before courts and arbitral tribunals. She has acted as counsel in disputes in a wide range of areas and industry sectors, such as construction, supply of gas, intellectual property rights and real estate property projects. Denice has also acted as administrative secretary in several SCC cases.
