Valedo Partners Fund II AB enters into agreement regarding the divestment of all shares in Cambio Holding AB
Valedo Partners Fund II AB and minority shareholders have entered into an agreement regarding the divestment of all shares in Cambio Holding AB to Investcorp, a global manager of alternative investments. Cambio operates in the Electronic Health Records (“EHR”) market, offering software solutions for acute, primary, social and person-centred care. The company has customers primarily in Sweden, Denmark and the United Kingdom, with more than 150,000 users of its software solutions.
