Tosito acquires the Kärnekulla project
Tosito has signed an agreement to acquire the Kärnekulla project in Habo, near the municipal border to Jönköping. In the first phase of the project, around 800 residential, school, preschool, sports hall and commercial premises for the grocery store are planned, among other things. The residences will contain both rental apartments, condominiums and townhouses. The detailed planning work for the second phase will begin in the next year. Tosito is now awaiting the completed zooning plan, and is planning for construction start in spring 2020 with first occupation in 2021.
