The shares in Electrolux Professional are distributed to the shareholders of Electrolux and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm

Electrolux Professional AB (publ) (“Electrolux Professional”), the former Professional Products business area of AB Electrolux (“Electrolux”), is now a separately listed company with its shares of series A and series B trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

On March 23, 2020, the shares of series A and series B in Electrolux Professional were admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, following a distribution of the shares to the shareholders of Electrolux. Following the resolution on distribution and the listing of Electrolux Professional, the Electrolux Group is divided into two independent, listed companies, Electrolux Professional which consist of the former Professional Products business area and Electrolux, a leading global appliance company. As separate companies, Electrolux and Electrolux Professional are expected to be better positioned to meet the different demand drivers and challenges in their respective end markets.
