Starwood and Scius Partners divest a property portfolio for SEK 3,6 billion
Starwood Capital Group with Scius Partners as local partner have divested a property portfolio of 51 properties with offices, warehouses and logistic for a total value of approximately SEK 3,6 billion. The buyer is Hemfosa and the properties are intended for the subsidiary Nyfosa. The acquisition is conditional on that the Swedish Competition Authority decides to approve or leaves the acquisition without action.
