SKF acquires RecondOil Sweden AB
SKF has acquired RecondOil Sweden AB, a Swedish cleantech start-up that has developed a chemical filtration and rejuvenation process for industrial lubrication fluid and slop oil. RecondOil’s patented Double Separation technology and turnkey process plants enables the circular recovery and reuse of industrial oils with its original properties. CO2 emissions decreases by up to three ton for each ton of oil reused by RecondOil’s technology.
The acquisition is intended to strengthen the SKF Group’s offer in lubricant systems and Rotating Equipment Performance.
The seller was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
