KPA Pension acquires the property Stockholm Brädstapeln 16

KPA Pension, which is the leading pension company within the municipal and regional sector and part of the Folksam group, has acquired the property Brädstapeln 16 at Kungsholmen in Stockholm from Areim Property Holding 5 AB. The property has a leasable area of 36,700 square meters and the agreed property value for the purchase was SEK 4,3 bilion, which is one of the highest purchase prices for a single property to date in Sweden. Completion of the purchase is intended to take place in November 2019.
