Castellum acquires real properties in central Gothenburg from Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv (publ)

Castellum has signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of the real properties Gullbergsvass 1:2 and Gullbergsvass 1:12 in central Gothenburg. The two properties comprise approximately 16,595 square meters of office space. The acquisition price amounted to SEK 867 million. Closing will take place on March 1, 2019.

Castellum is one of the largest listed real estate companies in Sweden. Property values amount to SEK 89.2 billion and holdings comprise offices, warehouses/logistics and public sector properties, covering a total leasable area of 4.3 million square meters. In addition to 20 cities in Sweden, Castellum also operates in Copenhagen and Helsinki. The Castellum share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap.
