BayWa r.e. sells Lyngsåsa Kraft AB

BayWa r.e. has sold the 94.6 MW wind power project Lyngsåsa, located in the municipality of Alvesta, to SUSI Partners.

BayWa r.e., part of the German BayWa group, delivers renewable energy solutions world wide, and is a leading developer, service supplier, wholesaler and energy solutions provider.

BayWa r.e. was advised by Mannheimer Swartling on the transaction side.
