The Swedish Supreme Court grants leave to appeal in the Tesla dispute
An electric car company has filed a lawsuit against a company that provides postal services, requesting the release of mail addressed to the electric car company. The District Court and the Court of Appeals have ruled that the claim cannot be granted, as a constitutionally protected blockade is currently in effect at the postal company, which includes the delivery of mail to the electric car company. The Swedish Supreme Court has granted leave to appeal regarding the question of whether the provision in Chapter 2, Section 14 of the Instrument of Government, concerning the right to take industrial action in the labor market, constitutes an obstacle to granting the electric car company’s civil claim for the delivery of mail (partial leave to appeal).
