Mannheimer Swartling top choice by Swedish law students

Mannheimer Swartling is elected most popular employer by Swedish law students. For 19 consecutive years, Mannheimer Swartling has been the top employer among law firms in Sweden’s largest student Survey, “The Company Barometer”. Now, for the fourth consecutive year, the firm is also elected “most popular workplace” in the entire legal sector.

– We are honored to have the law students’ continued trust. It is our people that drive our success. Mannheimer Swartling is a team of 600 who work closely together, connected by a strong corporate culture. The students are of course our future employees and leaders, so their trust is absolutely crucial to the firm. More than a year of working from home has once again shown us that our team spirit is a force to be reckoned with – even when circumstances change drastically. The way we have helped and supported each other to continued success makes us extra proud to be receiving this award for the nineteenth consecutive year, says Jan Dernestam, Managing Partner at Mannheimer Swartling.

The Company Barometer is conducted annually by Universum and is a comprehensive student survey on careers, working life and the future. Around 25,000 students from Sweden’s universities and colleges participated in the survey, voting for Sweden’s 100 most attractive employers.
