Mannheimer Swartling elects seven new partners

Mannheimer Swartling is proud to announce the election of Susanne Fagerman, Gustav Glimblad, Sara Johnsson, Fredrik Lundegårdh, Tobias Normann, Erik Schultz and Jesper Silow as new partners of the firm.

Newly elected partners
Susanne Fagerman
Susanne Fagerman is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Banking and Finance practice group and is based in the firm’s office in Malmö. Susanne works with all kinds of Swedish and international financing transactions, with a particular focus on project finance and sustainable financing.

Susanne first joined the firm in 2007, later working for Danske Bank and Vestas before returning to the firm in 2019. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and holds an LL.M from Lund University.


Gustav Glimblad
is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Banking and Finance practice group and is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm. Gustav focuses on Swedish and international debt capital market transactions and regulatory capital for banks and other financial institutions as well as advising on acquisition and real property financing and debt restructuring in connection with distressed financing.

Gustav joined the firm in 2012. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and holds an LL.M. from Örebro University.

Sara Johnsson
Sara Johnsson
is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group and Infrastructure and Construction industry sector group. She is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm. Sara is a specialist in construction law with broad experience of strategic infrastructure and construction projects in Sweden and overseas. She advises in all phases of a project, from structuring to execution, including both contract management and strategic advice, and the settling of disputes.

Sara joined the firm in 2013. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University.

Fredrik Lundegårdh
Fredrik Lundegårdh
is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Funds and Investment practice group and is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm. Fredrik specialises in equity fundraisings, investments, structuring issues and company law matters.

Fredrik joined the firm in 2010. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and holds an LL.M. and a Bachelor of Social Science Business Administration from Uppsala University.

Tobias Norman
Tobias Normann is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Employment and Pensions practice group and is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm. Tobias assists clients across the entire spectrum of employment law with a particular focus on employment litigation and arbitration.

Tobias joined the firm in 2011. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and holds an LL.M. from Lund University.

Erik Schultz
Erik Schultz
is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Insurance practice group and is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm. Erik specialises in insurance law, with a focus on insurance regulatory issues and insurance distribution.

Erik joined the firm in 2012. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and holds LL.M.s from Uppsala University and New York University School of Law.

Jesper Silow
Jesper Silow
is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Real Estate and Infrastructure and Construction groups and is based in the firm’s office in Malmö. Jesper specialises in domestic and international procurements of complex construction, supply and project contracts with specific focus on the construction and infrastructure, energy and manufacturing industries.

Jesper joined the firm in 2014. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and holds LL.M.s from Lund University and University of Edinburgh.
