Henrik Dock appointed Managing Partner at Mannheimer Swartling

Henrik Dock today steps into the role of Managing Partner at Mannheimer Swartling. Henrik joined the firm in 2011 and has been a partner since 2020, working within the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.

– Henrik is deeply committed to the firm, our culture and our clients. He is a truly valued colleague and leader who has long been involved in key strategic matters, including the firm’s development and our approach to AI. He is exactly the right person to lead Mannheimer Swartling into its next chapter,” says Emma Olnäs Fors, Chair of the firm’s Board.

– Mannheimer Swartling has always been built by people who strive to be the best together. That culture is our greatest asset, and we intend to build on it. We will continue to strengthen our advice, invest in our colleagues and stay at the forefront as new technology and AI transform the industry. I very much look forward to what we will achieve together in the years ahead, says Henrik.

Henrik succeeds Jan Dernestam, who has held the role since 2011. During his time as Managing Partner, Jan led the firm with a focus on quality and long-term thinking, whilst spearheading progress in areas such as sustainability and geopolitical affairs.
