The Swedish Securities Markets Association publishes updated standard terms and conditions for bonds
On 28 April 2022, the Swedish Securities Markets Association (Svensk Värdepappersmarknad) published updated standard terms and conditions for certain corporate bonds.
The Swedish Securities Markets Association has since 2013 published standard terms and conditions for corporate bonds, primarily within the high yield segment. The ambition has from the outset been that the standard terms and conditions, by providing an established and balanced reference point, shall contribute to a standardisation on the market.
During the past year, the association, together with its members and in collaboration with other stakeholders, has conducted an extensive update of the standard terms and conditions in order to reflect recent developments in the Swedish bond market. The updated standard terms and conditions are available at the association’s website.
The Swedish Securities Markets Association was advised by Mannheimer Swartling.
