The Fourth AP Fund, together with Kåpan Pensioner, commits SEK 1 billion to Svenska Handelsfastigheter
Svenska Handelsfastigheter is owned by the Fourth AP Fund, Kåpan Pensioner, Länsförsäkringar Liv and the company management and is active throughout Sweden. The market value of the company’s property portfolio was SEK 15.4 billion at the turn of the year.
The Fourth AP Fund, together with Kåpan Pensioner, commits SEK 1 billion to Svenska Handelsfastigheter for the company’s further expansion.
