Tenzing invests in Bannerflow

Tenzing completes its first Nordic investment in Bannerflow.

Tenzing, a private equity investor in high-growth UK and European SMEs, has invested in Bannerflow, a Swedish leading cloud platform in creative automation for display advertising, marking its first Nordic investment.

Through Tenzing’s investment, Bannerflow, already a well-established player in the Nordics, DACH and APAC regions, is to accelerate its global expansion, with a particular focus on key strategic markets, including the UK and US. The investment marks the third one within Tenzing’s £900m Fund III, which closed in July 2024.

Tenzing was represented by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
