Telia Company acquires Bonnier Broadcasting

​​​​​​Telia Company has on 20 July 2018 acquired Bonnier Broadcasting from Bonnier. Bonnier Broadcasting, which includes TV4, C More and Finnish MTV, is one of the Nordic region’s leading television companies, heading the development of video content and digitalization of the television industry. The transaction is subject to competition approval.
