REMONDIS acquires Järnmalmer T. Malmer Aktiebolag
REMONDIS has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Järnmalmer T. Malmer Aktiebolag.
Through the acquisition, REMONDIS doubles its size in the Gothenburg area and strengthens its iron and metal handling on the Swedish west coast. Remondis now has three treatment facilities in Gothenburg, which together can handle all types of materials.
In 2022, Järnmalmer had a turnover of over SEK 300 million with a focus on the recycling of iron and metals.
The transaction is subject to approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.
Remondis was represented by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
