Peter Eriksson Fastighets AB sells property portfolio to Oscar Properties

Peter Eriksson Fastighets AB has signed an agreement regarding the sale of a portfolio consisting of five commercial properties in Stockholm to Oscar Properties Holding AB (publ). The purchase price amounts to SEK 745 million.

Peter Eriksson Fastighets AB was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the matter.
