Nrep acquires majority stake in Klövern

Real estate investor Nrep acquires 51 per cent of the shares in Klӧvern, a leading Swedish residential developer owned by Corem Property Group, ALM Equity and Broskeppet Bostad.

Nrep has allocated aproximately SEK 6 billion for the deal, of which approximately SEK 3 – 4 billion will be raised through new share issues. Nrep aims to accelerate the delivery of new homes to 2,000 – 3,000 per year, which makes the company one of the larger residential developers in Sweden.
