Infranode has held its third and final closing

Infranode has held its third and final closing. Infranode has raised in total SEK 4.45 billion, of which SEK 900 million was raised from Fjärde AP-Fonden at final closing.

Infranode had its first closing in 2014 after having raised SEK 1.45 billion from IMAS Foundation and its second closing in 2016 after having raised an additional 2.1 billion from inter alios European Investment Bank (EIB), Folksam and KPA Pension.

Infranode is a Stockholm based investment platform focused on long-term investments in infrastructure projects in Northern Europe with a special focus on the Nordics.

Infranode was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the fundraising.
