Heimstaden Bostad acquires properties for SEK 2,5 billion
Heimstaden Bostad has entered into an agreement with Stångåstaden, a company owned by the municipality of Linköping, regarding purchase of 21 properties in Linköping. The value of the properties amounts to SEK 2,5 billion.
The property portfolio consists of 1,118 residential apartments and 38 commercial premises, including a retirement home and student housing. Heimstaden already owns approx. 1,500 residential apartments in Linköping and through the acquisition Heimstaden strengthens its presence in the region.
