Fidelio Capital raises additional SEK 3 billion in capital
Mannheimer Swartling has advised Fidelio Capital in connection with the fund raising of additional SEK 3 billion.
Fidelio Capital is a Swedish investment company. Fidelio Capital’s investment strategy will remain the same as pre fund raise, with a continued primary focus on small and medium sized companies in Northern Europe. Previous investments made by Fidelio Capital include, inter alios, AniCura, Greenfood and Lyko.
