Ericsson signs several major lease agreements and moves its headquarters to Hagastaden
Ericsson has signed lease agreements for new premises totaling approximately 95,000 square metres, and will be moving its headquarters from Kista to the northern part of Hagastaden in Stockholm.
Earlier this year, Ericsson signed a lease agreement with Castellum for new premises totaling 24,000 square metres. In addition, Ericsson has now signed three further agreements with Atrium Ljungberg totaling 58,000 square metres, as well as two agreements with Castellum totaling 13,000 square metres, in addition to the 24,000 square metre agreement signed in January 2026. All premises are newly constructed. Occupancy is planned to take place gradually over several years, starting in 2028.
